Select the “Erase Disk” option and then choose the “Guided – Use Entire Disk” option. The next screen is where you’ll actually format your hard drive. Once that’s done, you’ll be asked to confirm your selection. If you’re not sure which one to choose, just select the “Detect Keyboard Layout” option. The next screen is where you’ll be asked to select your keyboard layout. After that, you’ll be asked to select your time zone.
On the next screen, you’ll be asked to select your language.
Once you’ve booted up the Linux Mint installer, the first thing you’ll need to do is select the “Install Linux Mint” option.
This process can be done easily from within the Linux Mint installer. If you’re planning on installing Linux Mint on your computer, you’ll need to format your hard drive first. Installing a new operating system on your computer can be a daunting task, especially if you’re not familiar with the process.
